Does conflict make you stronger?

Many people think that it makes you stronger, but it doesn’t always. I believe they are many points on both sides. To put it in another way, it all depends on the people in the situation and type of conflict. Conflicts are very important to deal with in a daily basis.

Firstly, conflict can make you stronger because you will be more experienced. Physically, you would want to get stronger if you know there will be conflict by working out in the gym. Mentally, you will gain experience and know what to do. Always being a teddy bear or turtle is not a great way to solve problems, because you are not getting what you want. In the Scream text, Eliza was nervous about drama class, but after she yelled she felt stronger and less nervous.

Secondly, you be more emotionally ready. The more conflict you face, the more you will learn about different situations. It will help you problem solve better because you learn from your mistakes and everything you do makes you up. You will be able to change a negative situation into a positive situation easier because you have more experience. We encounter conflicts everyday and it will help your life in any situation if dealt properly. If you learn more than. In the class discussion the other day, we talked about how conflict makes you stronger emotionally and mentally.
