Doe In Monrovia Case Study
Doe was captured in Monrovia on September 9, 1990 by Prince Y. Johnson, pioneer of INPFL, a breakaway social event of Charles Taylor's NPFL. Doe had been going by ECOMOG peacekeeping base camp in Monrovia when Johnson got together with his powers and seized Doe after a fiendish firearm fight.
