COURSE DESCRIPTION:
As a result of this course, students will be able to analyze and study the role of work in our society and its effect on organizations. The course will deepen the student's understanding of personnel management, the legal influences on personnel decisions, the recruitment, selection, training, and compensation of employees, service and benefit programs, as well as the major problems and recent developments in labor relations.
