Some activist animal rights maintain that we must allow other animals have the same rights as humans. Of course, this is absurd. There are many human rights are simply not applicable to non-human beings. I would like to propose something a little different. A sensible and coherent on animal rights theory should focus on only a right for all animals: the right not to be treated as the property of humans.
