Introduction: Paragraph 1 (must include a thesis statement)
Nowadays, more and more people in my country concern about a health problem, that is heart disease which is a dangerous illness. A increase number of people get heart disease in the ten years. So is time to take some action to prevent this kind of illness. Although with the develop of the medication technology, the heart disease can be prevent. However, the best way to keep off the heart disease is to have a healthy lifestyle that is the main point solution.

Paragraph 2: Body
Main Idea: The identification of heart disease and it's development.
Example: There is a data about the number of people who die in the heart disease in China 2012.
Supporting Details:
A. When the blood flow to a part of the heart is blocked by a blood clot. If this clot cuts off the blood flow completely, the part of the heart muscle supplied by that artery begins to die. That is heart disease.
B. Heart disease is a dangerous illness and many people die in heart disease.
C. The heart disease in China is really serious and older people are easier to get this illness.

Paragraph 3: Body
Main Idea: Some different solution of heart disease. Example: A doctor in America mention that it is not easy to fix the heart disease but to prevent.
Supporting Details:
A. The first way to treat this illness is to have medicine and it sometimes work but cannot quickly have a amazing effect and can't heal this ill absolutely.
B. The other way is to have heart bypass operation but this kind of dangerous and suit for serious heart disease. However it can treat your heart disease very well.
C. The best way is to prevent the disease in advance. For example, have a good diet and a normal sleeping time.
