Diversity
The Oxford English Dictionary defines diversity as “the state of being diverse” (OED par 1). The word diversity originates from the Middle English diversite, an English root meaning, “to turn aside” (OED par 4). Diversity personifies a cross-culture exposure to develop openness approaching distinctive personalities and perspectives to improve human connection with a variety of people. Yet, human diversity may connote issues of ethnicity and may struggle with the continuation of addressing the common goal of embedding diversity into routine operations. In today’s century, human interaction amplifies by the increasing use of social media, but inclines to lack the focal point of exporting strategies that relate to essential topics.

New forms of racial diversity emerge a fold in the continuum of segregation, which shows the possibility that segregation and diversity correlate together to display increases or decreases in similar places. Feelings of victimization generate with mistreated racial diversity due to spiteful judgment on physical appearances and deviating ethnicities. Instead of admiring the appreciation of human diversity involving extraordinary ethnic qualities, humans of the identical nationality usually compete with other predominate races, which results in social distress. The modern trend of equal races in urban areas declines the moral effort in corresponding with diverse beings to expand curiosity without an indication of borders. The same races in a structural location enhance dramatic changes toward racial isolation and reduce exposure to the growth of human diversity. Though historically humans show indications of building civilizations on the concept of racial segregation and discrimination, these past systems should evolve with the rest of humanity. With humans increasing access to technological information, they should also follow accumulating realization within each other and desire to move forward as part of humanity, not as a part of races or of cultures. Believing in cultural superiority epitomizes an old-fashioned standpoint seeing as any culture exploits an immense amount of admirable beauty and tradition in its history. Instead of marginalizing a group of people for their differences, society should take leisure in these anomalous traits and learn from them to instill compassion. Continuous interconnection between these cultures and ethnicities ultimately dissipates inherent biases and immoral
