1.What is meant by diversity?
It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.

People are all different and varied in the way they look, dress, behave, what they believe in, where they work and live, which sex they are and age group they belong to.
