Dissimilarities Between The Bible And Quran
In the world that society lives in today, there are many dissimilar religions with different beliefs. These unalike religions have different sacred books, rules and commandments that they follow. They also have messages and lectures that are unalike from each other. For example, the Christians that live in the present see that there are dissimilarities between the stories of the Bible and the Qur’an. They believe that both of the sacred texts have different values behind each narrative. However, reading deeper into the Bible and Qur’an, some people recited their stories and figured out that they seem to identical to each other. This causes the messages from the stories of the Bible and the Qur’an to be similar tone another. There may be some details that are …show more content…
This message is that God is faithful to those that believe and worship him. The people that were explained in the Bible during Noah’s time were wicked, murdering each other, and worshiping false idols. It was just a wave of evil that flooded the entire Earth. Noah was the only follower of God during his generation. He was also obedient, patient, and consistent. All these traits that Noah had have been difficult to have for a long-term commitment, but he showed them in the Bible. The Bible says “Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on the earth at that time, and he walked in close fellowship with God” (New Living Translation, Gen. 6.11). When God told him to build the Ark, he showed the readers that he was compliant and consistent. He also showed that he was patient when he had to wait in the Ark for twelve and a half months. Noah believed, was loyal to God, and followed all of God’s instructions. This caused God to be faithful to him as well and that is why he and his family were spared from the punishment that God gave to all of the others on the

    Two of the largest religions in the world today didn’t just get this way overnight. Both these religions emerged throughout time and spread in various ways. Christianity existed several centuries prior to the birth of Islam, and by the time Muhammad founded Islam in the Middle East, Christianity had moved its center to Europe, where it had firmly established itself as the official religion. But Christianity originally sprouted in the Middle East after Christ's resurrection in A.D. 30. During this early period, Christianity did not expand far beyond Jerusalem. Islam was founded about 550 years later, around the beginning of the seventeenth century. In 610 A.D. Muhammad claimed that he received revelations from God that called him to preach a new religion called Islam.
