The opportunities 1. The large population made China a large markering place.more people means more customers. 2. The income of the residents is increaseing. the level of consumption become higher. 3. The development of education make more and more people are able to use hi-tech goods and service. 4. The customer still willing to print out the photos,hat will increase the need of print service which is still kodak’ primary service. 5. Image picture is not equal to photo,new image pictures are used verywhere,including photos, curtain, cups, photo albums, pendant, wedding photography and so on. 6. Because of the relationship between Japan and China is turning worse ,it will have a significant impact on Japanese company which includ kodak’biggest competitor Fuji
