Diabetes Attacks The Blood Sugar Level In The Body
Diabetes is the most common disease leading from childhood obesity. Diabetes attacks the blood sugar level in the body. The blood sugar in the body is called glucose. Glucose makes up the body's muscle, tissue, and is your brain's main source of energy. Diabetes is when people have too much glucose in your blood stream.

There are two types of diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is when the body produces almost no insulin for the body due to an overactive immune system. This type mostly occurs in young children and middle age adults. Only way to help type 1 is to take insulin every day. This is the start for obese children that don’t do anything about diabetes when diagnosed with it.

Type two diabetes makes insulin but it does not let your body properly use it. This type is the most common among all people. About 90 - 95 percent of people that have diabetes have this type. This is most common in older people, but could also be young adults. The main way to control type two diabetes is all in what a person eats. …show more content…
Many of them started off at a young age with diabetes. I hope that one day there will be a better cure to diabetes. So that many people don’t have to change their whole lifestyle and food intake. People need to help kids out that are young and struggling with their weight before it gets out of

With type 2, there is still a buildup of blood glucose, but this time the body is producing insulin, only the cells have become immune to it. It is not clear why they become immune, but studies have determined that excess weight and fatty tissue are both big factors (Clavell, 2009, p. 11).
