INDRODUCTION: - This assessment will identify how you intend to monitor and evaluate the workplace learning. This will tell about all policies and procedures that they will have to follow according to OH&S. So for providing the information to workers they will need some formal documents and other information.

3.1 Monitor the performance and formal documents: - In order to put your policies into action, you should have a written OHS Plan for the facility which is consistent with your OHS Policy.

Developing, implementing and monitoring your OHS Plan should be an integral part of your everyday work, just as financial management or staff management is. Almost all the activities which take place in your facility have an OHS component and this component must be managed in the same way that you manage other issues. It cannot be left until you need to check that you are meeting Accreditation Standards. This approach would not only be ineffective, it would not meet legislative requirements, as these require constant supervision and maintenance of safety.

Your OHS Plan should include: * budget * resources available * responsibilities * roles * goals aimed at improving performance * timelines, for example, when policies or procedures are due for review * information on action planned, on action taken and results * Evaluation procedures (for measuring performance against goals and ensuring continuous improvement).
An 'OHS Action Plan ' is a shorter term document which is concerned with controlling specific risks. It is used as a management tool to develop and monitor risk controls.

The two documents work together. For example, the OHS Plan may stipulate monthly hazard inspections. On those inspections, hazards are identified. After the risk of those hazards has been assessed, an OHS Action Plan for dealing with the risks is developed and

They have got a legal document. That could be put in a file and also to be put in computer. So if anyone will ask about it he could show them these documents. And if he will keep the new workers now he’ll make sure that have they got the cert-4 in OH&S plan. If they already have that training they could work easily and there will not any risk or danger for human being. These records should keep safely in files and also in computers.
