Destination bayfront Corpus Christi
I have lived in Corpus Christi my entire adolescence. Corpus Christi during that time has stayed the same; Operation Bay Front presented an opportunity for Corpus Christi to make a drastic change. Some of it would be positive, and some would be considered negative. My belief is that by approving Operation Bay Front Corpus Christi would take a huge leap forward, financially and economically.

The great features Destination Bay front has to offer is the Great Lawn/Festival area, Sherrill Park, McGee Beach, The Promenade, Exploration play area, Family Area, Pier, and Zacolo.

Great Lawn/ Festival area is where most of festivities will be held for Buccaneer Day’s this average sized carnival has rides for kids of all ages this is a great carnival to take a family to Buccaneer Day’s has been Corpus Christi’s Bay Front annual carnival for decades. The Beach-to-Bay marathon you assemble a team to run from Padre Island next to Bob Hall Pier all the way to downtown this marathon consist of a team of six people that take turns running between three and five miles single handedly which is roughly a thirty mile course.

Sherrill Park most veteran ceremonies will be held at this location. I am extremely for Sherrill Park. I never realized until I served and became a disabled veteran myself that Corpus Christi has nothing to show veterans an appreciation for their sacrifice. The Courageous men and women that’s able to serve and fight for this country should have at the least an area in downtown where citizens of this city can come and pay a tribute to their ultimate sacrifice they do.

McGee Beach you can soak in the sun rays, this area will have beach rentals such as chairs, shaded umbrellas, Jet Ski rentals. It’s a very good idea to have rentals so you do not have to bring your own supplies and necessities you need for a beach day. Do you hate having to make multiple trips to and from your car to have to unload your beach

The Penascola Gulf Islands in Florida are pretty much your average definition of paradise. The area is known for the most beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise blue waters. The beach stretches for miles along the Gulf of Mexico, full of people constructing hammocks to lie in the warm sun, standing for hours fishing, and many many others jumping around the waves and surfing or swimming in the calm waters. These islands are essentially a strip of land completely surrounded by water, which means you’ll get a good view wherever you go. With many resorts, restaurants, and coastal areas, these islands have all you need.…

El Paso is a city that is known as just a border city surrounded by pure desert, and boring characteristics. When I moved to El Paso I disliked the environment. I always felt bored and I never found anything fun or interesting to do. As a few years passed by, I discovered that El Paso was not so boring after all. Many inhabitants believe that the only options for a fun day out is to get together with friends and go to the mall, but what many people do not know is that there are so many fun things to do in El Paso. The city of El Paso is actually full of fun festivities that add plenty of value to El Paso which people are not frequently aware of. Such as the EPCC Fall Festival, which I recently attended with my family.
