The Personality of My Teacher
Describing the personality of a teacher
Our Latin teacher named Clara, was swarthy, tiny woman with blue eyes that were sparkling and she had graying hair She had a neat complexion and a very good dress sense. She was our Latin teacher in my high school. Going to Latin class was always fun because our teacher had exciting activities to do in every class. It went from interesting topics to fun projects we have to do with our friends.
She was a highly welcomed and regarded teacher as she was soft spoken and made each class interesting. Though Latin was a foreign language to learn we learnt it through ease because of her teaching. She motivated us through her swiftness, briskness and the attitude to achieve. Her sessions were highly inspiring as she always entertained and took her lessons by quoting from anecdotes
Our Latin teacher had high competitive spirit and cultivated it among us all. She organized competitions at regular intervals on various topics and made us all participate which certainly increased our vigor to achieve better. Her teachings has inspired me to a great extent and I will always cherish those memories of being in her class for years to come. Her complexion or her physique never stopped her from achieving what she wanted. She wins all our hearts. Her sparkling eyes conveyed so much determination and confidence that every student should learn from her.
She was the only teacher I missed when I finished my high school. She always inspired me to work and try hard. I wish to be in her class for many years.

As her teaching assistant, I got the privilege of working more closely with Dr. Okoror and in a more advanced educational affiliation. Through this experience, Dr. Okoror greatly attributed to my personal and professional life. Through her example as a lecturer and through her one on one interactions with students, she exemplified a dedicated and passionate professor, who truly invested her time and energy into her work. As the TA, I had a close relationship with the students in the class, whom often voiced their appreciation for Dr. Okoror’s teaching style, generosity and overall disposition. Through my experience as her TA, I learned about grading, running class discussion, student-teacher relationships, but most importantly how passion and a general appreciation of your job and towards students can effect a classroom and…

Finally, her level of professionalism is magnificent. I find it extra impressive because she has a lot of academic problems to discuss and yet she is very careful not to cross that line. She says out loud what she is aloud to say, and keeps to herself of keeps to private conversation with the student what needs to be kept to a private conversation. That is where her leadership and collaboration come into play as well.…

You're one of my favorite teachers I've ever had. English and writing played a part, but the way you taught and related to kids on their level was pretty awesome to watch. I thought it was funny how you'd go off subject at a moment's notice and I remember you even bringing up two of my favorite subjects in class - Punk Rock and graffiti. I was especially impressed by your broad-mindedness and unrelenting support for the underdog.…

What grade were you in? The teacher I choose to write about is a High School educator whose name is Mrs. Wright. I had her from my sophomore through my senior year. She was the resource teacher for these grades. I have test anxiety, have has it since I was a young child, and she could get me through without having a panic attack or having to go to the ladies room to puck. This woman was always there to support me while I work through the good and tough times in school no matter what it was. A kindhearted woman, that truly cared, no matter who you were, and what problem you may be facing. She always put a smile on your face and happiness in your heart. She always assisted me when I needed it or if I did not grasp something, she would make…

One name in particular stands firm among others and that is Mr. Jesse L. Barrett. Mr. Barrett was my English II Honors teacher my sophomore year in high school. Sadly, he was only my English teacher for one year. I honestly could not have asked for a better teacher. At the same time as making me smile and laugh, he ultimately helped me to be successful in life. Initially, I did not enjoy English as much anymore due to a bad string of teachers who lectured endlessly on random topics other than English. He changed my outlook on life and helped me regain my passion for English. Mr. Barrett motivated me to not settle for mediocre work and to do my absolute best in anything I strived for. I never imagined that I would encounter a teacher that was as meticulous as Mr. Barrett. Everything he did had a specific place and order. He never accepted late work because we were in an honors class that required you to be punctual. This taught me how to be prompt, a skill that will help when I attend college next fall.…

Mother Teresa stated, “Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are endless.” It was those kind words that I remember from each individual teacher I had growing up. I remember spending countless hours learning with different techniques from different teachers. I’ll never forget Mrs. Marie Simcoe, for she was that kind voice echoing endlessly. She was my kindergarten teacher. I remember always wanting to help her and to be just like her. She was kind hearted and soft spoken. She taught with care and did everything she could to get her students to understand without a word of frustration.…

She guided students toward meaningful discussions by prompting them with critical thinking questions. She also used rewards in order to motivate students to engage with the class material. As students applied their mathematical skills, she gave them a candy which was only to be eaten after they successfully completed the task at hand. In the short time that I was there, it was apparent that the teacher valued class reflections. In these discussions, she forced students to examine their behavior and identify positive behavior as well as negative behaviors seen throughout the day.…
