The waves of the beaches that I observed were all not very big at the time of my observation. The waves were also not going very fast due to the time that I observed at. The weather at the time was cloudy, and I did not see many people at the beaches because it is early in the morning. I also noticed that some of the beaches in Hawaii have rocks near them, while some are surrounded by different types of sand colors. The colors of the waters at different beaches are also different, some are in lighter colors, while the other ones in darker colors.…

During the Fall months, don’t allow the monsoons to lessen the beauty of this state because in reality, it is one of a very few natural disasters that occur in Arizona and has a survival rate of 99%. In addition, Arizona experiences some of the most beautiful winters during the months of November through March and once in a while mother nature will display her beauty by snowing in places one would never expect. If appreciated, the cold air mixed with the rays of sun can offer breath taking views of the endless blue skies above our desert landscapes or deep within the Grand Canyon groves. Opposite of this are Hawaii’s green, plush, fertile mountains and plains but deep beneath that beauty also lie’s constant rain, humidity and unpredictable hurricanes, floods and tsunami that offer a lower 94% survival rate. Hawaii averages approximately seventy to eighty-five degrees’ year around with a constant humidity level of a torturous 80%. Summers have been known to reach 90% humidity which makes for a very uncomfortable day, especially considering there are no air-conditioned homes in Hawaii. Furthermore, insects thrive on humidity throughout Hawaii and on any given day you may encounter a centipede, cane spider, cockroaches and many other bugs that are unpleasant. As if that isn’t enough, when the tides are high due to changes in the weather pattern’s jelly fish become the enemy in the ocean and if encountered it can be detrimental to human health and safety. Whether anyone enjoys the dry land or the waters in either state, I still believe Arizona is the safer place to live. In conclusion, although Hawaii is paradise and a splendid place to visit, the cost of living, the level of education and whether conditions should have anyone reconsidering a move to Hawaii any time soon. One should take advantage of the outstanding education offered to our…

We enjoyed the atlantic ocean, the warm white sand, and the scorching hot sun. We could hear the huge waves crashing into the sandy shore. We could also hear the lively chatter of the people on the beach. The smell of the salty ocean and the banana boat sunscreen overtook the air with mass quantities of the two smells combined. The touch of the hot sand on your feet and the rough seashells on shore. The best part of the day was when me and my brother went kayaking for an hour out into the deep blue sea. It took fifteen long minutes to fight our way over the…

For the 4th of July, my family is going to Hawaii this summer. We will celebrate my mom's 40th birthday and my grandma’s 70th birthday. I have never been to Hawaii before in my life, so I'm really thrilled. We are staying at the Honua Kai Resort on Kaanapali Beach in Maui for a week. We are also going with my mom's parents and my Aunt Jaime and Uncle Travis. Our condo on the beach is a three bedroom, three bathroom layout. It's going to be really spacious with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. I am most looking forward to snorkeling because I've never gone before, and I’ll try to see some sea turtles. Hopefully, I won't run into any sharks. I'm sure we will do a lot of other fun things as a family, too.…

In Hawaii, however, you become a part of a brand new experience that you have probably never experienced before. Beaches there are not lined from end to end with restaurants and rental shops; instead, they are lined with palm trees and all of their untouched, natural wonders that have been there since the islands formed. In Hawaii, you get away from the “real” world and get a chance to experience the rich island culture that you might never have known about. The hustle and bustle of the inner city life and the monotonous nine to five job of the suburban life are not seen in Hawaii. It is very relaxed, and every day seems like it is a new adventure waiting for you to discover it. The food in Hawaii is also a departure from something that you could get any other day. There are…
