CM spoke to Manny Adujar, DCP&P Case Worker for Justin this afternoon. Manny asks CM if CMO was trying to get Justin into placement. CM informs Manny that according to Justin treatment summary and psychiatric evaluation from High Focus Centers it was not recommended for youth to attend OOH treatment. CM informs Manny that Justin is currently still receiving therapeutic and clinical services at High Focus Centers. CM also mention to Manny that Justin is actively participating in treatment. Manny states that Justin is good at the shelter until Monday. He states that he is going to place Justin in a resource home but he needs to find a resource parent that is going to accept him for who he is (i.e. accepting youth sexuality). Manny states that
