Cursive Should NOT Be Taught In Schools
In my opinion, cursive shouldn’t be taught in schools. It’s harder for kids to understand the letters in the alphabet. Did you know over $92 million tax funds were canceled because of cursive? Cursive is a waste of time and it can cause a lot of problems for people. Some people may say that cursive is important and it can take kids back to the older generations, but I don’t think that’s true, some kids can’t read cursive so they don’t understand it. Cursive hard to teach and to use, if cursive wasn’t invented people would have those tax funds turned in not canceled. In my opinion, cursive should not be continued for these reasons, first cursive is hard to read for some people not all people can read hand writing that looks messy. Next, Adults can get very frustrated and annoyed with kids if they don’t listen or they don’t get it down. Lastly, Parents are not the only ones who get mad over things some parents lose money and other important rescores from cursive, cursive is a big problem when you don’t get your taxes or important things turned in. First, cursive writing is hard for kids and adults, adults can get frustrated with the kids if they don’t know what they are doing. People are creating new and improved technology so in the future we can have a better life and a better way of living instead of staying in the old generation of cursive writing that kids and adults can’t read or write.
