1. - Outline the full range of responsibilities that companies such as Parker – working in extreme and often controversial industrial and commercial sectors – ought to accept and discharge.

When we talk about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR ) in the field of business and in the case of Parker must take corporate social responsibility , not only as a concept in business management , but also as a foundation on which to settle the principles of corporate culture .
This is because the industrial sector in which the company has to accept and assume a CSR that is necessary for the development of its core business.
We could define Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR ) as the voluntary integration of the concerns of the companies, social and environmental concerns in their business operations and their relationships with their partners . Therefore, one could argue that CSR encompasses actions and commitments , legal and ethical ( ethical codes , voluntary social welfare , etc. . ) National and international impacts arising from the activities of companies that produce in areas : social, labor, environmental , economic, and human rights.
However, at this point it should be noted that CSR encompasses over it simply legal compliance and therefore is considered CSR as a new way of understanding , overall, the business model , one strategic vision of a new business model that has to hold through business operations and strategy in the company.
To summarize the wide range of responsibilities that must be assumed we will distinguish eight management areas.
These areas correspond to major groups (employees , shareholders and investors , supply chain, customers and consumers, and local community and society) as well as other issues that are not interest groups, although it is relevant areas in the implementation and management of CSR such as ethics and values , environment , and communication and dialogue.
