Critical Thinking In The Workplace
From an employer point of view I would think critical thinking is a very important attribute when looking for a candidate for a job. It is important to have an employee that is a good critical thinker because this helps when you know an employee can use their thinking skills to give great input for problems that arise. If an employee is a good critical thinker you don’t have to worry about them getting their work done because you know they will have little problems getting the task at hand accomplished.
