Critical Thinking Assignment Analysis
This project required and promoted critical thinking because it made me guide my thoughts and think to the highest level while trying to be objective. I believe that the prompt for the assignment should have a restriction on how objective we should be, that is how I would modify the assignment. This assignment made me think critically because I had to speak for a whole people not just myself, so I had to make sure I wasn’t just speaking my opinion. There being limited prompts that encouraged being objective and thinking critical is what I believe would encourage more critical thinking. This project is a form of media because we are using podcast which is another way we receive information. Even the way we spoke on the podcast is media influenced because we copy what we have heard in another podcast. After I did my proposal I was still a little confused because I wasn’t sure if all my ideas were good and still needed some input on the ideas. The outline was very helpful in helping me to be able to organize my time and ideas. The script was the most difficult part of the assignment for me, I didn’t know really how to write out what I was going to say in more specific like required due to me trying to be so conversational. This has to be one of the most amazing finals there is, it was fun, educational and creative. It made me think creatively and showed me that you can take an essay and not only use it for a paper but for more. The recording process also wasn’t too hard which I believe was a lot of people's worry. The writing portion of the assignment was pretty easy because of the way the whole assignment was put together we just had to take an essay out of its normal
