Introduction
The career is meaning individuals and the progress in life and in particular those related to the individual's career. The cause for the regular composition, entitled to win, and the work completed in a period of time, rather than referring to a location. They are the cause of the period, when a number of cultural and economic of the employees and a work in the house, there is a growing trend to often to replace the employee. For example, an individual's cause may be involved is a lawyer, an individual may nevertheless work for several different companies and the laws of a number of different areas in life. See career ladder.
Satisfaction of Employees
There are many reasons why employees unsatisfied with their jobs. Most of the reasons, why employees unsatisfied their jobs were under the control of the employer. In fact, all the elements of your current workplace, your culture and environment, employees ' perception of his work and opportunities is the employer of all the factors. But the biggest problem of their satisfaction is about the wages. Their dissatisfied is because they have to work more than their pays.

Main Discussion
First of all, career decision is important to you before the start of his career. Most people spend more time decided to buy than to choose a career. Such an important task like career, but they spend so little time. Right career one day can change your future. Maybe some people just don't know how the decision-making process works or where to start. There are several drawbacks you delay the decision-making process. First of all, you will find that you do not meet your values, interests, personal attributes and skills career. For example, my cousin graduated the first professional accountants, as he chose to work for the retails shop in marketing development, because he's just no direction, nor did he make any career decisions are made; he realized this not for his career, he finally quit working and now working as an accountant in a big company. The other hand, many of these people have chosen the wrong course to learn, before you make any career decision because they did not choose, and they complete a degree, they are not interested in them. It tells us that, choosing the right course, love you just go for it. If you are on the wrong track, you will feel your lack of meaning, also face challenges. After losing a challenge, you wouldn't think that is meaningful to you, you can learn more from that. For example, my old microeconomics lecturer, Miss Nagesh tells us that if you're not interested in the subject of micro-economic, you get bored, you come to class, you can't learn more than others, because you think this topic is boring. This indicates that we believe that the choice of occupation, if you think a career is not for you, bored, and you can't learn more.
Nowadays many employees choosing career paths only as a means of provision for them i.e. to pay bills and have a decent job and many do not enjoy their career decision. It’s because of many issues. Some is about the countries economics in decreasing company can’t afford more employees to work and they have no cost to pay more labour. So, that many of the employees are only unemployment and chosen some without any academics qualification jobs. Examples, Sales promoter, waiters, security guards, etc these job are easily applied and don’t need have a college or university certificate jobs. So, they can have the jobs but they can’t have the good income with these jobs. Forced by the economics nowadays, some of them also can’t even get the jobs. Many countries had many cases of unemployment with the college and university graduation students. Other than that, some jobs are needed high education so it will cause the lower level of education peoples can’t have their good career paths. They are forced to have the job in a way to not enjoy their career paths. For example, engineer must have degree just can consult contractor and developer. So that, if u are having diploma certificate it will only chosen the degree grade people to work in a company. Somehow, now people have to pay for their bills and their children fees. So that they can’t have the good job by forced from the economics now so that they can only pay for it and get nothing more extra about that.

Furthermore, employees cannot found their career paths are because of many reasons. One of it is because they are not satisfied with their jobs.

1. Employees are staying in their roles too long. On average, workers are staying in their jobs longer, 'keeping their heads down' due to the unemployment crisis. They are afraid to move, to take risks, or don't want to make the effort to job search, internally or outside their current companies.

2. Employees to give up their own professional sports to their managers and corporate responsibility. Happen purely organic growth as a company of the rapid increase in the number of days is over. Employees but rather victims than to take accountability. That's why I write books from Microsoft, BS, retired looking for a job! So I can send for employee selection is easy to track the process. That's the operative word: you have options?

3. Extension of working hours of employees wage increases was smaller. Compensation packages which have been squeezed, more value is a low number – tended to keep pace with inflation – and even highly leveraged employee (for example, a sales person) see changed its Commission structure-even worse.

4. Work-life balance in the wrong direction. Electronics and mobile technology is hard to close. Email, text, action projects and report to flow via Smartphone, laptops and tablets--all hours of the day and night and on the weekends. Exhausted, unable to recharge your batteries and enjoy more time with their families. That led to resentment.

5. Negative relationship between employers and employees. Negative relationships can range from micro-management; appreciation of inadequate credit was difficult for subordinate jobs and more. Bosses come in all shapes and sizes. Just because a person is a Manager does not immediately make him or her, big boss or leader.

6. No clear career path and the next steps. Employees cannot see how they can increase their skills and experience and progress. Leads directly to the position of training and development are not visible or accessible by many visits.

Some however, employees are stressful with the external factors. They because of the family problems so they had changed their personality and it cause them to stress to their work. Example, husband argue with his wife about the working hours too long and he didn’t back to house for few days so that he is not concern on the work and causes he will not enjoying with his work and get the support from his family. The career path is a part of our life. Choosing a good career path will make you changed your life. Find a job is easy way like an ABC. It has to planned, think, and discuss. With the wrong decision will makes you regret for your whole life. A wrong decision on career will take away your health, time and chances. Making decisions about your career is always does not have to be complicated. If you spend time to know themselves and explore different opportunities, and you should be able to make an informed decision. Before make a decision on career, have to compare all the option. If you're choosing between several options, take a look at each one and ask yourself: How well does this option fit with my skills, values, personality and interests? Will this option help me develop my skills? How will this option affect the rest of my life? My family, friends, interests and other time commitments? Make a list of pros and cons for each of the option, then rank each item on your list based on how important it is. Use our worksheet to help keep track of your thoughts. Tried out each option in your mind and how you do feel about the decision is that feel happy, sad, excited, uneasy or relieved. Consider how others will response your choice. Your situation will have a big impact of your opportunities you can take up. Other than that, telling others what option is probably the best can help you see new light. Maybe they will have an idea that will change the look of your possibilities. If it is someone you're close to, your decision might affect them, so it is important to take into account the feelings. You can ask your family.

Family is the most trusted people in the world. So, they will have given you the best opinion with others. Some more, ask friend because they might have been in the similar situation, they can tell you the effected of their choices. With this you can collect more opinion in the career decision that u make so you will have your best choices or maybe you can go and look for a career consultant they will giving you your situation advise and can make sure you are chosen the correct career. Lastly, people working in the job or industry you are considering - they may help you get a better idea of whether you're right for the role. You may have several options, you just can't choose between the two. You may not have to. Maybe now you can, and after one. You can also consider how each choice will affect your options in the future. An option may be more likely than another. Many types of training can lead to a variety of careers. For example, the management of research may result in accounting, economics, computer science, marketing or project management. Or, if you choose a job, you will have an opportunity to look at the progress of each work. The best opportunities in the future for you?

Conclusion

In my conclusion, you will feel better prepared to face your future after high school or university. Take some time to think about what you have learned at the same time to complete the project. You should have a very good career might suit your interests, values and skills. You may also have an idea of what career does not suit you. Many of you will find your career path will require you to consider some post-secondary education. If you do not take into account education after high school, I want to see the career paths to encourage you to think about the possibilities. Further education could open the door for you will be very satisfying to your life in the future. There are other methods; this process can be used as a guide for your future. By understanding your skills, values, and interests better, you may be able to use this knowledge, select when the rest of your high school curriculum. You can also choose to volunteer opportunities and the self-knowledge of recreation opportunities.

Recommendation

You just have to leave school to find limited opportunities in your current position, or, like many in this economy, are facing unemployment, it might be time to think about your career path. Whatever the reason, the right career is out there for everyone. By learning how to research options, aware of their strengths, learn new skills, and get up the courage to make a change, you can find the right career for you. You may fall into the trap-the only point of the work was to bring home enough money, comfortable. Although appropriate compensation is working in a number of important, it isn't the whole story. If you are not satisfied with what you do every day, this is the price for your physical and mental health. You may feel burned out and depressed, anxious, depressed, or unable to enjoy time at home know that another day is coming. More important is that if you can't find your work meaningful and worthwhile, it is difficult to maintain the momentum to propel you career. You are more likely to feel the passion of your career success. Whether you are looking to enter the workforce for the first time or considering a career change, achieving career-first step is to find activities that make you feel excitement and bring you happiness. Furthermore, is to discovering new possibilities. In considering a career change driven by the first step is to think about you. However, it is important to first find out your main interest and passion. This can open the doors the occupation, you may not have considered. Once you have that Foundation, you can start fine tuning your search for the right job. You might be surprised how you can turn your passion into a new career.

Over the course of youth’s childhood, they will eventually make a remarkable change from an adolescent into an adult, resembling a caterpillar undergoing metamorphosis and emerging into a beautiful butterfly. For years there has been a debate between teenagers and adults dealing with the topic of when teens rightfully become mature and grown up. Henry G. Felsen addresses this subject through telling his own sixteen year old son his opinions and thoughts on this debate in ‘When Does a Boy Become a Man?’. The difference between a boy and a man is not in which one looks like, it is the actions and choices that a man makes which differentiates him from the boy he once was. Henry Felsen has done a commendable job in supporting this theory. He explains what the future holds for these teens that rush into adulthood with the wrong idea of what it is all about.…

L.M. Montgomery once said, “...we pay the price for everything we get or take in this world”. What he is trying to say is that we have to face the consequences for the choices we make. There is always a result from everything that happens, giving or taking, will result in something else. I agree with his philosophy, mainly because it speaks pure truth about how most things are run in the common society that we as human beings live in. Two pieces of literature that best support this quote are “A Raisin in the Sun” by Lorraine Hansberry, and “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding.…

They kicked him mercilessly. The frail old man’s blood splattered on the dirt, camouflaging with the deep brown of the mud. They were in broad daylight and yet no one tried to stop the SS officers from beating the man. Strangers, children and friends were forced to watch as their fellow Jew bled to his death. He mumbled a short prayer and was taken from this world. During the Holocaust, Hitler tried his best to eliminate the Jews from the world. This force of evil lasted for approximately six years and successfully killed over six million Jews. However, his goal was not accomplished. We, as Jews, are proof of that. “In literature evil often triumphs, but never conquered.” Sometimes it seems like evil will conquer all the good in the world and it looks like there is no hope left, but in the end the good will always be there. We see this in Macbeth, by William Shakespeare and A child called it, by Dave Pelzer. These two works of literature clearly show the reality of this quote.…

Success is to achieve something that we truly long for. “Sometimes failure is more beneficial than success.” Written by Darren Roberts. This is a very inspiring quote for all species of mankind. I agree rightfully with this quote as it states that even sometimes there are ups and downs, falls and disruptions in life, but those problems make us even stronger and prevent us from making the same mistake and make us more successful in life. Although, if losing things sometimes make us closer to something we want, we must make a go for it. As In Homers’, The Odyssey, and Nancy’s’, The House of The Scorpion, the main characters deal with personal loss and face many hardships, but finally reach to their own respected homes and families, safe and soundly.…

“The only worthwhile literature is that which makes you think about you own life.” This statement is valid for many reasons like, sometimes you can compare the story to your own life, it makes you think about what you said and done to other people, and the story can be a real eye opener and could possibly help you get your life back on track to the road of success. When going through a rough patch in life, someone may notice and come to terms with things about themselves that they didn’t come to grips with before. In other words, “In times of adversity or hardship, one’s true character is revealed.” In Ellen Foster, a book about a young foster child by Kaye Gibbons, Ellen faces many challenges. These challenges include the suicide of her mother, the abuse and unavoidable death of her father, and rejection from family members which led her to be moved from home to home. In the end, however, she learns that she’s never had “the hardest row to hoe” and proves that she is a survivor.…

Even as society progresses to encompass equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, there remains a clear gender division when it comes to music. Making a choice between the drums or the flute may seem like a simple matter as one would assume that the deciding factor in this choice is one 's personal preferences. However, our daily decisions are in fact in conformity of a social paradigm. Therefore, while the choice between drums or the flute might appear simple, such a decision might be based on one underlying reason: gender.…

In the process of researching the selected topic regarding “Fear” there were many angles to consider in how ‘in depth’ the writers got into their topic. There were many questions to ask in how well the authors of the writings made their claims concerning the topic. As each author has his or her own way of reaching the audience it would be only right that his or her writing process reflect this. Each author has their own brand of emotion and logic he or she uses to reach their audiences, which in turn can affect each authors writing. Each author brings to the table a unique style of writing, one using technical/formal, one using a bit of technical/formal with a bit of informal thrown in. The third author was very informal toward their audience. In regard to this analysis this essay will reflect on each different aspect these authors bring forth in their writings concerning the topic “Fear.”…

How I Learned to Read and Write by Frederick Douglass is a literary nonfiction essay that focuses on a small period of Douglass’ life. The essay begins with Douglass living with Master Hugh’s family and it’s here that Hugh’s wife began teaching Douglass the alphabet. Master Hugh put an end to the teaching sessions but that didn’t stop Douglass from finding a way to learn how to read and write. Douglass befriended little white boys and through their teaching he learned how to read. Douglass and the white boys would sometimes talk about slavery and Douglass expressed his wish to be free like they all would be as an adult. Douglass told the boys, “You will be free as soon as you are twenty-one, but I am a slave for life” (89). Knowing this weighed heavy on his heart and believing he would never be free was quite discouraging. Douglass then became eager to hear anyone speak of slavery and in some of these conversations the word abolitionist caught his attention. Learning what the word meant seemed to ignite Douglass’ hopes for freedom one day. One day Douglass seen a couple of men unloading stone and decided to jump in and help them. One of the men asked, “Are ye a slave for life” (Douglass 91). Douglass went on to tell the man that he was and then both of the men told him that he should runaway toward the North and be free. Only twelve at the time, Douglass acted not interested in the idea, but honestly wanted there to be a safe time to escape. But before that chance would arrive Douglass wanted to learn to write. Douglass learned letters off of boat timbers and would then have writing contest with boys he met for practice. He wrote on board fences, brick walls or pavement to copy letters with chalk. He practiced writing by copying the Italics in Webster’s Spelling Book and then moved on to his Master’s son’s used copy-book from school. After many years of…

This quote means that people in the book can grow throughout the story and take variant people to different places. This is a result of making them think of new ideas based on the author of books message or overall theme. I agree with this quote and interpretation due to the experiences I had with various books. Two works of Literature that supports this quote is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee and Monster by Walter Dean Meyers.
