INTRODUCTION
Some people may say that creativity is nothing but an ability to come up with new ideas, to invent things or in general to be innovative. Some people are sure that being creative means to be expressive like an artist. They mainly connect creativity and art and percept an ability to create as an ability to do art, which is partly correct.
What is creativity? It seems to be an obvious thing but why do so many different opinions exist then? Why for instance, cannot it be both - an ability to come up with ideas and self-expression? When and why do people need creativity?

The beauty of creativity is that everyone can contribute. People have different views and ideas; we are all gifted, and I compare the challenge of creativity to the charge that Paul gave to Timothy- “Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you. Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress” (1Timothy…

Creativity is the ability to produce valued outcomes in a novel way. Creativity is thought to possess three characteristics: originality, fluency, and flexibility. Originality is defined as seeing unique or different solutions to a problem. Fluency is generating a large number of possible solutions. Flexibility is shifting with ease from one type of problem-solving strategy to another. Most tests of creativity focus on divergent thinking, which is a type of thinking in which many possibilities are developed from one single starting point. Creative imagination, creative motives and creative products are unique to human beings and are the source of their cultural achievement. Creativity is an ability to make new combinations and it is one of the most highly valued of human qualities.…
