Creation Vs Natural Selection Essay

Christianity is consisted of many beliefs, and topics which leads to debates, agreements, disagreements, and heated discussed. While some Christians don’t share the same belief, the majority of them believe this: Jesus died for our sins, he was then buried and resurrected, and he now offers salvation to people who receive him in faith. But back to different beliefs, there is two theories created by one man that has been debated about for years. That man is Charles Darwin, a British born naturalist and geologist, who created the theories of Evolution and Natural Selection. Out of the two theories, Evolution has sparked the most debate out of various Religious communities all over the world. Born in Shrewsbury, England on February 12, 1809, he was the fifth of six children of Robert and Susannah Darwin. Robert was a doctor, and Robert’s father Erasmus was a famous botanist (expert in the study of plants). Charles and his family were very wealthy and it allowed him an advantage to various forms of resources and abundances that allowed him to succeed in his later life. According to Charles, he’s been interested to study natural history since he was a child, and at sixteen he became a student at Edinburgh University, and then enrolled at Christ’s College. This father hoped that he would become a doctor or a parson, but Charles passion led him into becoming for what he is famous for now: a naturalist, geologist, and
