Scenario (1): Your CEO is concerned about sexual harassment in the workforce. The present course is outdated due to court rulings. As a result, a consultant is engaged to revise the existing harassment awareness program for all the employees.
Context analysis:
The company CEO is decided that there should be an intervention. In the above case company CEO is concerned about sexual harassment at workplace and the existing present course of the training program is outdated due to court ruling that’s why the CEO feel that there should be revised the program.
Sexual harassment is the most widespread form of violence against women. Despite the prevalence and culturally driven nature of this serious social problem, little empirical evidence addresses cultural influences on sexual harassment processes. In this scenario (1) the company CEO wants to develop the workplace environment through following the laws of sexual harassment and for this management engaged a consultant for giving the training to all the employees. In this training program the objectives will be to know the present rules and regulation of the sexual harassment to all the employees of the organization which will cover business objectives and the individuals development needs of the employees.
To ensure the Success of the program - which produces the desired result - lies almost entirely in the hands of the trainer. In the trainer's hands lies the heavy responsibility for ensuring that the trainees achieve the maximum possible from the training. But it does also depend on trainees also.
