You have com pleted Cathy’s evaluation and received assignm ent feedback. This is the first year that you’ve m ade salary decisions for this team . Substantiation and Risk Analysis: Although retirem ent is around the corner it is still a consideration and as an asset to the com pany I will com pletely m ax him to show that we appreciate his hard work. The risk is he still m ay consider retirem ent but we want to show that he is a valued em ployee.

    Proposed compensation strategy: The compensation mix consists of three components: base pay, indirect pay and performance pay. The largest part of compensation package in the company will be base pay. The salary will be calculated on monthly basis.
