Compass 2 Individual Differences
As we all know, it is not easy to work with people who you rarely know, and it is hard to build trust with them. There are often conflicts in a team, because everyone has different or opposite ideas, and sometimes we will forget to think carefully from other people's perspective.
My team in Compass II does not have any conflict through the whole semester, and we build trust in our team by communicating with each other frequently. I think the main reasons are our personality types are all guardians based on results from Keirsey Temperament, and we are more like friends rather than only teammates.
