Comparison Of Soccer And Volleyball
Soccer and volleyball have many similarities and differences and here are a few of them. Some similarities are that in high school both sports are played in the fall. Also, both sports are associated with ball and are both played inside and outside. Both men and women play both soccer and volleyball. In each sport, there is a good amount of running and passing the ball to another teammate. Both soccer and volleyball include using a net to either score or pass over. In these two games, both add one point to the score per side out or goal and the point of the game is to beat or win against the opposing team.

    In Soccer, the players have to wear uniforms which consist of shorts, shirts, socks, and cleats. For protection players only have shin guards to use and the goalkeeper has padded gloves to avoid injuries. There is additional equipment needed for this sport like flags and cones. Unlike American Football, the players have to wear much more gear than Soccer. The players also have to use a uniform. Therefore, football players are required to use football cleats, tight pants, and a jersey that states the player’s name, number, and team identity. There are other padding that protects the elbows, thighs, hip, tail, and knees.
