The filmmakers brought the extinct animals to the future and the audience will think it is cool how they had the robots transform into dinosaurs. This movie showed in detail how the robot transformed into cars. The graphics are smooth and there was many detailed background objects. The cars that they used in this movie were high-class cars of the future.…
I will be defending Professor Faden. Disney is trying to sue Faden by saying that he was copyrighting his work, and how it’s not fair use. I think that it is fair use because, he was using it for education purposes, non-commercial purposes, and parody. Also he was only using small portions of Walt Disney’s work. How the judges decides that the work is copyright infringement or fair use is by, the transformative factor. The transformative factor is uses of a source's in a completely new and unexpected way. The judges also decide by the nature of the work. The nature of the work is how it benefits the public. They also decide by the amount and the sustainability of the work. The amount and sustainability of the work is how much of the work is…
During the opening scene of the movie, Ethan rides across the dessert with mountains in the background. Ford uses natural surroundings extensively during the movie. During transitional scenes when the actors are moving from one place to another, the shot is usually from a distance. This technique shows the overall grandeur of the natural surroundings dwarfing the actors. During many of these shots, the actors themselves are indistinguishable while the mountains are clearly visible and distinct.…

In all of the movies that we had watched in class, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid has the best relationship between comparing and contrasting. In both of the movies, there is one daughter in each movie who rebelled to find their true love. In The Little Mermaid, Ariel rebelled and went to the surface to search for her prince, but in Aladdin, Jasmine rebelled the law by not accepting the prince who came to see if she's the right girl for them. Not only the daughters whom rebelled, but, the main villain in each of the movies also share a similarity for how they hunger for power. Although the villain may grew into a giant monster, they were too obsessed with their power that they didn't realize what kind situation they were in.…

In the case Fagen V. Walt Disney I side in the the defendant Eric Fagen. Eric Fagen is an associate professor of English and film studies at Bucknel University where he studies early cinema and digital image technologies. He along with others in his study produced an educational video with clips of Disney Movies to voice his definition of copyright and fair use. He broke down movies and used clips to say each word in his video piecing together work by word different movies in the disney productions.…
“If you can dream it, you can do it.” This is a direct quotation from a man whose life’s work has carried on showing this is true. Walt Disney is an international icon who is widely known for his creation of the theme parks Disneyland and Disneyworld. While he proposed for many of the same concepts and themes to be embedded into both parks, there are just as many differences as there are similarities. Both were built with the intention to ignite the dream in all of us, but differ when it comes to things like history, location, and attractions.…
Nascar (National Association for Stock Car Racing) is a world apart from Formula One. Both are exceedingly popular, yet they lie at diverse ends of the motor sports spectrum. Most people who have an obsession with cars and racing may know about Nascar and Formula One, the two most respected names in motorsports today. At first glance, Nascar and Formula One seem very similar; however, a closer look reveals many differences such as aerodynamics, mechanical caliber, speed and horsepower, race tracks, fan base, and histories.…
The partnership between Pixar and Disney has deep roots, going way back to 1991. The first result was 1995’s "Toy Story," which revolutionized the world of computer animation. Ever since, Pixar films have been distributed by the Walt Disney Company, proudly displaying both the Pixar logo "Luxo Jr." and the Disney castle.…
This is quite similar to the tale of Cinderella. Cinderella is set in a similar time. Although the original tale of Cinderella dates back to a 9th Century Chinese tale, Cinderella is most commonly known a European tale based in medieval times. Cinderella shares the Once Future King’s themes of family name and family power. After marrying Cinderella’s father the step-mother and step-sisters had power over Cinderella. During this time if someone had power over you they owned you, having the power to be as brutal mentally, physically, emotionally or sexually as they wanted. In contrast the Disney version of the tale portrays a PG version of this. This is known as ‘Disneyfying’ or ‘Disneyfication’. This is idea of changing something to make it…
In film number one the filmmaker used a lot of long and close up shots to show the natural beauty surrounding the bridge. The filmmaker also zoomed and focused in on a lot of simple things in the park such as the leaf with drop of water to show how serene the area is.…

One of my favorite movies is Fast and Furious, from the first moment it came out the premiere of this, it was something poignant for me to see how all the characters worked as one team, all of them fought for the same goal and the end was victorious despite of obstacles. And the movie met my expectations because there was a lot of action, fighting, dancing, explosions, guns, strong content and above all the good guys always win and the bad guys lose. Car racing was a great thing for me, after seeing a movie like this, the adrenaline makes me want to go in your own car at high speed and become invincible. This is the result of what all the spectators want to see in a movie, a lot of action, fight, violence, and all these requirements makes this genre remains one of the favorites in the world of…
