Comparison Essay: A Career As A Dancer
Aristotle stated “Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.” When comparing and contrasting for careers, it's easy to tell what could be a possible choice. Even though a farmer and a dancer have similarities, they also have differences and deciding which is most suitable may be a difficult choice.
A career as a Dancer requires hard work, but the career offers many rewards. The job duties and responsibilities are auditioning, learning more movements, rehearsing, and working with choreographers. Their work environment is going on tours, stop career around 30’s, more work in schools and performing art companies, casinos, cruise ships, and more. The job duties and responsibilities are herding, harvesting, fertilizing, and planting.Their work environment is outside, sometimes in an office, in sheds, and in fields of crops. To become one a high school diploma is at least needed, post secondary education, have to be certified, and management is more complex and costly. The pay for agricultural managers is $64,170, other- $85,880, total or all- $36,200, and the highest percent earned is $113,140. The job outlook is total- 7%, other- 4%, farmers,ranchers,etc.- negative 2%, and employment in 2014 - 929,800. There are many differences between farmers and dancers. One thing is dancers dress fancy and don't get dirty, but farmers are the opposite. Farmers sell what they produce on their job, dancers don't. Farmers work mostly outside and dancers work mostly inside. Those are some differences.
