Comparing Vinny And Joe-Boy In 'The Ravine' By Graham Salisbury
Vinny and Joe-Boy are best friends. They live in Hawaii. They have similar and different character traits that Graham Salisbury gives them in the short story “The Ravine”.

Vinny and Joe-Boy are different in many ways. Vinny is very fearful and afraid Salisbury writes “ you’re probably stepping right were the dead boy did,” said Joe-Boy then Vinny walked on the other side of the trail.” but Joe-Boy is fearless he jumped off the ledge. Joe-Boy and Vinny are different in other ways too Joe-boy is just a bully in the story he says “hey Vinny I bet you’re gonna be the one to find him you’re hands gonna touch his face” but Vinny just takes it like nothing happened.
