GCC helps not only native students, but it helps students from different countries have high education without considering their race. For this purpose, there is not any regulation or limitation against different races for being registered in campus. All students have equal rights no matter from which country they are attending. For example, when I applied for registration at GCC , there were not any obligation about not being American or belonging
