Collectivization In Execution By Hunger
In the story “Execution by Hunger” by Miron Dolot it was terrible as the Holocaust. In 1930, Stalin announced a campaign of collectivization that all “kulaks” were to be eliminated as a social class. Collectivization was organized by Communist officials who were assists by the police and red army units. Due to all this tragedy hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian were sent away for forced labor in the far northern regions of the Soviet Union.
Furthermore, the border were block off and then later on starvation started to settle in. The villagers tried everything they could to save themselves and their families, some of them started eating the animals, rotten fruit and vegetable, and each other. And later on the would start dying from food poisoning.
