Modern health care is developed and delivered by team work and collaborative practices (Thistlethwaite, 2012). A team is a set of interpersonal relationship structured to achieve established goals (Johnson and Johnson, 2006) and team work is the way people work together and effectively (Hammic et al, 2009). Collaborative working is the newer term for the team work which, is very important in health care as it reduces the health care related risks and act as the vector for maximising good quality health care (Downe et al, 2010).
