Code Name Julie Character Analysis
In the novel Code Name Verity written by Elizabeth Wein a common theme was staying determined through tough times. Julie and Maddie, the main characters, both go through different experiences that are hard on them, but with determination they are able to problem solve and make it through. Julie went through extremely hard times, but she stayed determined and made it through her problems. The text states, “I had managed to drag myself and my chair over to the door and prepared an ambush that sent two guards sailing head over heels as they tripped on me when they came in.
