1906: developing the first bottling plant in Havana, Cuba => marked the first step of Coca cola international market
1936: World War broke out => the bottling plant follow the army and when the war ended, coca has owned subsidiaries in 64 countries.
1950: Coca cola started advertising on TV => effects promote in worldwise

Company produce and deliver the products which are standardized and identical.
Businesses build production facilities globally in locations with low cost as the basis for operational efficiency => save cost
The operation of the system will be connected and coordinated through a central management official
Make the business does not pay attention to the important differences between different markets => opportunity for competitors to jump in and meet the needs

+ linked the retail stores to serve consumers better.
In the 1990s: find new market with the advantages of the new front to the market => Africa and Asia

    The 125 year old Coca Cola Company currently ranks 70th on the List of Fortune 500 Companies for 2011. Coca Cola began in 1886 when pharmacist John Pemberton in Atlanta, GA, sold a caramel colored mix that was combined with carbonated water and sold for $.05 cents a glass at Jacobs Pharmacy. The pharmacy sold approximately 9 glasses the first day totaling $.45 cents a day average. After John Pemberton passed away in 1888 the company rights were acquired by a business name named Griggs Candler for $2,300 (The Coca Cola Company, 2011). Candler led the way for the innovative product to become a business. He began promoting the product on everyday products so that the logo was everywhere and the aggressive tactic worked. The demand grew so quickly that there three production facilities were up and operating within 7 years. By 1920 there were over 1,000 bottlers of the product and in the 40’s the president helped to lay the international groundwork for the company to begin doing business overseas and ensuring that a Coke was available to many for a small price.…

    This year marks the 125th anniversary of my beverage of choice - Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola was created in Atlanta, Georgia, by pharmacist Dr. John Pemberton on May 8th, 1886 and in its first year only 9 glasses of the beverage were sold. Today, the Coca-Cola company sells 1.7 billion beverage servings per day on average, and its product portfolio has expanded to offer more than 3,500 beverage choices to consumers.
