The methods that would be used to clarify roles, responsibilities and the line of authority are a follows; The Company has decided that using three methods would be best, to make sure that each team member is clear on their roles and all authority roles within the team. It would start with a one to one meeting and in this meeting their position would be gone through intensively, and so would the roles of the authority figures.
