Civil Peace By Johnathan Iwegbu
Emerging from devastation, Johnathan Iwegbu, a character that shows grave strength and perseverance in the story “Civil Peace”. The story takes place in Nigeria. While the war the family lived in a military camp. The civil war brought great pain to his family. He was married to his wife Maria, and five children one claimed by the war. The Jonathan and his family were grateful they made it through the war and could return home. “I count myself luckily” a heart filled with gratefulness and thankfulness. But why?
