Civil Liberties Vs. Civil Rights
Civil Liberties give fair opportunity whereas Civil Rights provide equal treatment when teasing those opportunities.
Civil rights mean the basic right to be free from unequal treatment whereas civil liberties are basic freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
Civil liberties are protected by the first ten amendments, whereas Civil rights are protected by the 14th.
