For the Lunar/Earthling conflict to be resolved in Cinder, it is almost certain that political negotiations, a major death, then a war, will occur during the climax and falling action. Primarily, several small discussions have occurred amongst individual parties and brief cross-party encounters, which leads one to think that both sides have a strong unwillingness to compromise. As a result of this unwillingness to agree, and the fact that both sides have hinted at the desire to officially meet, a conflict will likely arise from such a political discussion, one that may not end until the death of a leader occurs, perhaps in war.
