What was your Christmas resolution? Loosing weight ! Loosing weight in the city like London is not at all easy. The main reason is that you do not stick to your resolutions and start to eat again by saying next time for sure I will make it possible. This continues and the result you get is a huge weight gain and a shaggy body which makes you feel ashamed.

After that there is a big hunt for the best and the quickest way of loosing weight. Did you mean best as in healthiest, or best as in fastest, or best as in cheapest, or best as in easiest? I am usually surprised with the diet pills and supplements that are available in the market that tout themselves to the safest ones, but in actual they are not. "Jewish celebrations are not limited to life-cycle events. As do all religions, Judaism sets aside certain holidays and days of remembrance as holy days. These holy days are scheduled according to the Jewish calendar" ("Basic Judaism", 2011). Unlike other calendars that are based off of the earth's revolutions around the sun the Jewish is on a secular calendar meaning it is made up of moon cycles where each month begins with a new moon. Let’s face the facts…. Christmas is in December. It’s October and not even late October at the time I’m writing this; and I’m already finding this gross red and green, Christmas related, candy cane striped trash sneaking its way into all of the stores! And this is just unacceptable! I mean, it is one thing for craft stores, like Hobby Lobby, because they have all seasons all the time and just shuffle stuff to the front as it gets closer to their respective holidays, but when it comes so Sam’s Club, Walmart, Dollar General, and huge chain stores like these, there is no reason to have Christmas stuff even showing up until AT LEAST after Halloween. And even yet, what kind of nutjob puts up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving!? I don’t even…

    F. Scott Fitzgerald lived during the time of the Great Depression, where money was low in almost every household. This pushed Fitzgerald’s favorite topic of a poor boy becoming rich into the American public. Dexter, the main character in “Winter Dreams” went from being an average boy that was living a good life to a rich man because of the love he had for a wealthy girl named Judy Jones. Through, “Winter Dreams” Fitzgerald explained the major events of his own life. Although many critics believed that Fitzgerald had a great talent in writing and he lived a great life, some believe that he wasted the talent that was given to him by drinking and shortening his life every day. Many believe that he was responsible for his own death.…

As humans, losing weight and weight loss is a struggle many of us have encountered in life. We strive to achieve the body we have perceived as perfect and often times, including myself, have failed numerously at this goal. I have been there and done that, from Weight Watchers meals, to earnestly trying and going to the gym nearly every day, and even just skipping certain meals. To a certain extent all of these routines have worked for me, but not enough to keep going as I have stopped doing a lot of these activities; due to not keeping up with myself and every day eventually became a cheat day, where I would indulge in foods I know I shouldn’t have and not workout. As individuals, certain tasks and goals can become overbearing and can seem impossible to accomplish, but as a…

A number of sensations are used to describe how winter time in Wisconsin can be thought of as a bitter season. Just walking from outside to the car in the winter, causes me great annoyance. Above my head, snowflakes dance down from the sky and prick my face like hundred of pins and needles, casting an icy, cold, stinging agitation all over my skin. The freezing cold breeze whistles in my ears. The air swirls around me in all directions and nips at my body, leaving a venom that causes my nose, ears, and hands to go numb. This frigid air makes my skin grow under my clothes, sending goose bumps all over my body. It is so cold that warm tears slowly stream down my rosy cheeks. No matter where I look, I must squint my eyes, for I am being blinded…
