1. The facts are that this is a non- profit organization that needs to find some grants for some foundations to hire an administrative assistant to help with volunteer director to reduce the work load. Three foundations had accepted the proposal which gave them more money than what was expected. Two of the foundations asked that the money be handled in the way proposed to make sure that the money that will be spent is only spent for the reason intended. They were concerned that the money would not be a waste if the money is spent in other things. By them granting out the money, they can easily get noticed because their name would be out there for the public. It is more safe to get some advice or help with things from the agency and talk to some of the supervisors to get their input because making decisions will affect the entire agency. Taking all three grants would not be a smart move because they would only need money to pay for the administrative assistant. The rest of the money is not needed but the second grant was not explained all the way of why they needed the second grant.
2. To take any type of action, the government is really the main people that are the ones to handle everything with their guidelines and then you have the social forces that would affect the entire community.
