The reporter stated she’s helped the family out for the last 4-5 months and doesn’t have a relationship. According to the reporter, the home has dirty dishes in the sink, the sink stinks, there is a dog feces all over the home, and the home smells disgusting on the inside and the outside. The reporter stated that the home has working utilities, but whenever the gas and water run out, Ms. Layan doesn’t go to the shower house to shower her or give Madison a bath. The reporter stated there is not any food in the home and three weeks ago, Erika called her and she took food to the home for the family. The reporter also stated no one in the home cleans and Erika is currently in trouble with her landlord. The reporter stated Erika has been diagnosed with bipolar and it makes her violent toward the child.
