Reading this story always poses confusion to me,and running into hurdles by virtue of confusing the relation of one man to another and so did time. But regardless of these difficulties which making me understand the story roughly,something useful which can not be ignored touched me deeply.
In chapter XXV of David’s sorrow,Absalom,David’s beautiful son,who looked handsome from the crown of his head to the soles of his his feet but in fact was wicked and false,attempting to be the king by contemptible ways,finally failed in the fight of competing throne. In the middle of this passage,Absalom killed his brother cruelly,deceiving his father by paying a vow to the Lord,and finally,he was cast off by his people. By way of contrast,Joseph,the
