This project has been carried out at the Sales Office of Bosch Ltd., Patna which looks after Bihar aftermarket operation.

We are really very glad that we got an opportunity to get an exposure of a real corporate environment at Bosch Ltd., Patna. We are very grateful to Mr. Ashish Ranjan Sharma, Business Manager and for giving us this opportunity and guiding us throughout, Mr. Manish Kumar Jaiswal, Commercial Manager for helping us throughout this process by arranging for all the information we needed and all the employees of Bosch Ltd. for supporting us at different stages.

Our visit to its customer Panu Diesel, Patna was really an enriching experience .We became aware of the actual way a business runs by interacting with them.

We would also like to thank God and our family members who supported us in the process of internship without which this project would not have gained its present shape.
