Crohn's Disease affects an individuals immune system by attacking healthy cells and bad cells in your GI tract. Your body is producing antibodies that are working against itself. The patient will feel abdominal cramping, fatigue, diherra, blood in stool from the inflamed GI tract. Will cause a loss of appetite resulting in a decrease of unwanted loss weight. Will also cause dehydration and anemia from the lack of iron and water in your body. Crohns disease is an autoimmune disease and can be caused from genetics or in the case study could be caused by the intake of anitbiotics.
