GK SIBOL Program
The GK SIBOL Program is a pre-school program that caters to children ages 3-6 years. It provides quality value-based education that aims to develop children academically, socio-culturally, and spiritually. STAGE 0:

OUTCOME:

KB is aware of the presence of SIBOL program in the community and is getting ready for enrolment.

FORMATION OF SIBOL TEAM. Prior to any implementation, the GK SIBOL Team – composed of the
GK SIBOL Community Coordinator, GK SIBOL Teacher, Teacher Aide and Parent Volunteers – must first be organized.
(1) The GK SIBOL Community Coordinator (formerly known as the Program Manager)is in charge of:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT o Initiates planning and coordinates the implementation of the GK SIBOL program in the community o Conducts the initial Parent Orientation and organizes monthly parent meetings RESOURCE MANAGEMENT o Looks for GK SIBOL teacher and teacher aide among the KB o Takes care of resource allocation in coordination with the GK Project
Director
o Drafts the annual budget for the program and scouts for potential partners who can support the program
COORDINATION
o Meets with the GK SIBOL teachers at least once a month for consultation, administrative, and formation sessions
ASSESSMENT & MONITORING o Evaluates the GK SIBOL teacher and teacher aide at least twice a year using the Teachers’ Evaluation Form
