THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This part of the feasibility study contains the executive summary of the whole chapters which gives a brief discussion about the content of the study.

Highlights of the Study Food is an essential part of the human needs and wants that is always present in every occasion and events held. It is a usual commonality that people have in an event which covers a large number of people dining and feasting implying a reason for the essence of the proposed establishment which is a necessary for a service providing quality and affordable choices of food with elegant catering service.

Project Background and History 8ter’s Catering Services derived its name from the word “gourmet” which describes the meal or ingredient of high sophistication. The project proponents of the proposed business is owned by 8 partners consisting of 4 general partners and 4 capital/limited partner namely; Kathryn Keith Abag, Nikki De Veyra, Stephanie Espejon, Jamelyn Flores, Romily May Galamay, Cindy Ruth Mercado, Meryll Joy Taganas and Keith Denice Villa, under the ownership of a Limited Partnership with a total capital of P 10,000,000. This chapter will be covering the different aspects related in managing employees and its feasibilities. Starting up a business is not that easy since it will be requiring full attention to details on the primary factors needed for a business, but manpower should be the basic requirement that a business must have. In most cases, the value and importance of employees is often neglected.
