Para las empresas sin fines de lucro, participar en otras empresas con ingresos propios resulta muy atractivo ya que es la mejor forma de subsidiar la misión social de la organización sin tantas restricciones gubernamentales. Algunas contras de este modelo para sostenerse, podría llegar a ser cambiar los objetivos iniciales de la organización sin animo de lucro con el fin de poder ser mas rentables en la empresa con ingresos propios. Además de lo anterior, tener además de una organización sin animo de lucro, una empresa con ingresos propios, implica una estructura mas compleja de la empresa, acarreando mas gastos y mas problemas.

Compumentor: ser la principal organización de ayuda tecnológica (sin fines de lucro), que beneficie a las instituciones sin fines de lucro.
Discountech: ser el mejor canal de distribución y comunicación entre empresas proveedoras de tecnología y organizaciones sin animo de lucro, proporcionando el mejor precio y servicio.

Considero que las misiones de las compañías son congruentes ya que, Discountech mantiene el mismo objetivo de beneficio a empresas sin animo de lucro. Aunque Discountech si pretende generar ganancias, esta es una empresa creada con el fin de facilitar y complementar el servicio que presta Compumentor. Finalmente se puede evidenciar la intención de ayuda a las empresas sin animo de lucro.

El concepto de negocio Discountech resulta ser un muy buen concepto ya que es una empresa que además de ahorrar a sus clientes grandes cantidades de dinero, resulta ser muy rentable. Con algunos costos de almacenamiento y sin costos de inventario el riesgo del negocio era poco. Discountech cuenta con un muy buen canal de distribución, como lo es el internet, además de contar con recursos de apoyo con Compumentor.
Para lograr sus planes de expansión Discountech debe atraer un numero importante de clientes nuevos además de retener los existentes. Teniendo
