INTRODUCTION:
This case involves the suspects being arrested for trespassing at an apartment complex located at 303 N. Oakland Avenue in violation of PC 602-Trepassing.

INVESTIGATION:
On 04-18-16 at approximately 0227 hours I was dispatched to 303 N. Oakland Avenue for a person trespassing at the apartment complex. Upon my arrival, I met with W-1 Andrew Basulto who told me the following information:
Basulto is currently employed with the Universal Protection Services as a security officer. On 04-18-16 at approximately 0215 hours, Basulto was conducting routine checks at the apartment complex for trespassers. Basulto looked inside of the front sliding glass door of apartment #12 and saw a road bicycle inside. Basulto also saw the rear bedroom
