The J & J electrical incorporation started its venture in 1981 in Glendora with the parthnership with Miriam Mureay who is wife of an acquaintance. The contracting company do the work related to power, lightening, electrical equipment and electrical contractors licensed in California. The company was small fish in big pond that is why the company wants to expand and later in 1991, it relocated its business in Ontario. The big and big projects they do a bidding and different electrical –contracting put a bid for the bidding. In addition, the company, which wins the bidding, owns the contract. The work is related with entire wiring system of the big construction project, and install the electrical light, power, CCTV system, communication system and cabling etc. and there are many players in the market competing for the same bid. The bid is either for public project or for the private project. Public project is held by the government and is more focused on maintenances of existing …show more content…
As there is threats of new entrants it should focus on retaining the loyal customer. After the incorporation blink the eye, the customer is gone. So, the company should continuosly look upon the retention of market share and increment in the global market. And it should be up to date with the technology. Once the opportunity is gone then there is decline in market share, there is decline in the product life cycle of the company. Also it should fopcus in the human resorce department as well. Hiring the best experts wuld be beneficial to the company. And motivation either it is intrinsic or extrinsic , motivation should be there to empower the employee. The company J & J is not only the single player in the Market. It should know that there are other bigger organizations playing on the same ground.
