Executive summary
With the rapid raise and development of computer technology, it promotes the generation of a large number of computer companies, some of them become multi-corporations in the world and have an impact on the globe. Dell Computer Corporation was created in 1984, with its unique direct sales model achieved extraordinary results, and quickly became the world's first volume, the fastest growing computer company. In this paper, Dell Computer will be the research object. It will use the strategic management, marketing management, human resource management and international business theories and methods to analyze the situation of Dell Computer Marketing, and to point out the major problems. Through internal and external environment analysis, it will be identified the advantages and disadvantages of Dell and its opportunities and threats. On this basis, giving appropriate suggestions, hope that can be the reference to Dell’s future development.
